Soyuz MS-05 departs the ISS

On Dec 14, 2017, the Soyuz MS-05 carrying three Space Station crew members came back to Earth closing a 139 day mission.
Soyuz Commander Sergey Ryazanskiy, NASA flight engineer Randy Bresnik and Italian astronaut Paolo Nespoli, part of Expedition 52 and 53, departed from the Rassvet russian module.

The next Soyuz mission is getting ready for launch this Sunday 17 to avoid end of year holiday conflicts.
Soyuz Commander Anton Shkaplerov, NASA flight engineer Scott Tingle and japanese astronaut Norishige Kanai will form the crew of Soyuz MS-07.
