Making its second launch in just six days, a United Launch Alliance Atlas V rocket flight blasted off Thursday Oct 8th from Vandenberg Air Force Base in California.
The launch customer was the National Reconnaissance Office, which called the classified flight as NROL-55.
This was the 58th flight for an Atlas V and the 101st for United Launch Alliance.
This Atlas V configuration is a 401 with no Solid Rocket Motors.
This papermodel is now available at my website and also at this blog.
